Meda Stankutė is an Associate, working within the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group and the Private Equity industry group. She assists in domestic and international M&A transactions, supporting senior lawyers with legal research, due diligence, and the preparation of transaction documentation.
Her role also involves liaising with registries and notaries, coordinating deal stages, and assisting with documentation for closings. Meda frequently works on venture capital matters, including investment rounds and shareholder arrangements.
Meda studied for her Master’s degree in Law at Vilnius University and broadened her international outlook through the Erasmus+ programme at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. She has completed several specialised programmes, including the Harvard CopyrightX course (2021) and the “Breaking into the Finance World: Private Equity and Venture Capital” programme (2024).
In her free time, Meda enjoys hiking, travelling with friends and family, and tackling puzzles for a bit of weekend brain exercise.
