Our client, Oxylabs, a leading web intelligence and internet data infrastructure company, has secured its first external investment – USD 130 million (EUR 113.8 million at today’s exchange rate) from U.S.-based private equity firm Warburg Pincus. Following the investment, Oxylabs has been valued at USD 3.6 billion (EUR 3.15 billion), officially becoming Lithuania’s second most valuable unicorn.
The company will use the investment to strengthen its competitive position and accelerate the development of next-generation products and capabilities.
The scale and strategic significance of the transaction have already received international recognition:
“While AI agents get most of the headlines for coding, creating graphics, making movies and automating business tasks, they wouldn’t be able to do any of that without the data infrastructure that Oxylabs provides.”
“As a leading data infrastructure provider for AI and agentic applications, Oxylabs will leverage this investment to further extend its competitive advantage and accelerate the development of next-generation products and capabilities.”
Throughout the investment process, Oxylabs was advised by the TEGOS team – Marius Matonis, Mindaugas Civilka, Rūta Tikuišytė, Paulius Dabulskis, and Meda Stankutė. The team provided comprehensive legal support across all stages of the transaction, including deal structuring and preparation, negotiations, and the resolution of all legal matters related to the investment.
This marks the second time TEGOS has supported a Tesonet ecosystem company on its journey to unicorn status. Previously, the firm also advised Nord Security on its landmark transactions.
On U.S. and Dutch law matters, Oxylabs was additionally advised by Norton Rose Fulbright, while Goldman Sachs acted as the company’s exclusive financial adviser in connection with the fundraising.
