BaltCap (Lithuania SME Fund) has sold its stake in Exercise Investment, the company controlling the Lemon Gym and Impuls fitness clubs

TEGOS client BaltCap (Lithuania SME Fund), a private equity fund investing in small and medium-sized Lithuanian companies, has sold its shares in Exercise Investment, which controls the Lemon Gym and Impuls fitness club chains.

The 88.1% stake in the management and consulting company Exercise Investment was acquired by UAB Longevity Fund, managed by Aggressive Capital.

As part of the transaction, a new private equity fund of approximately EUR 20 million is being established, targeting investments in the Baltic consumer services, wellness, and leisure sectors. One of the key strengths of the transaction is that the existing management team of Impuls and Lemon Gym remains among the shareholders and will continue to work alongside the new investor, ensuring stability and sustainable business growth.

Aggressive Capital, managed by a group of collective investment undertakings, primarily invests in real estate and shares of companies managing real estate assets.

BaltCap was represented in the deal by TEGOS team: Aurimas Pauliukevičius, Paulius Dabulskis and Meda Stankutė.
