TEGOS client Coinvest Capital, alongside several prominent angel investors, has invested €750,000 in Starflight Dynamics (SFDY), a Munich-based start-up developing foundational technologies for in-space operations. The pre-seed funding round raised nearly €2 million in total.
The investments will be used to advance several prototype demonstrators, improve the company’s laboratory infrastructure, and strengthen and expand the team.
TEGOS lawyers Dalia Tamašauskaitė-Žilienė and Meda Stankutė, together with law firm V14, advised Coinvest Capital on legal matters related to the investment.
