Coinvest Capital, together with Plug & Play EMEA Ventures GmbH and international business angels, has invested €1.08 million in Luna Robotics – a Lithuanian defense tech startup developing tactical FPV drone cameras.
Coinvest Capital’s contribution amounts to nearly €720,000 in this round.
Founded by Elvinas Kukys and Ramūnas Čereškevičius, members of the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union – a voluntary, state-supported organization uniting people dedicated to Lithuania’s defense – Luna Robotics is driven by a mission to strengthen national and allied security through innovation.
The new funding will support the company’s expansion in EU and U.S. markets, the development of its sales and partnership network, as well as investment in automation, calibration equipment, and mass production capacity.
Luna Robotics’ flagship product, the LunaCam tactical camera, provides day and night visibility and can be adapted for various military applications through software solutions that enhance pilot operations, assist in target detection, and optimize mission performance. The technology is already used in the EU and U.S. and has been battle-tested in Ukraine.
The TEGOS team – Dalia Tamašauskaitė-Žilienė, Meda Stankutė, Inesa Grybova, Patricija Viliušytė, and Inga Zacharevič – advised Coinvest Capital on all legal matters related to this investment.
