TGS Baltic client, Superhero Capital, has successfully led a €2.5 million investment in Cyber Upgrade, a Lithuanian-based cybersecurity provider.
In addition to Superhero Capital, other backers in the funding round included Specialist VC, FIRSTPICK, NGL Ventures, and angel investors Marios S. Kalochoritis and Sergei Anikin, ex-CEO of PipeDrive.
The funds will be used to enhance Cyber Upgrade’s AI system, with the goal of achieving fully autonomous operation without human oversight. Offered as a subscription service, this tool aims to make high-level cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes.
This investment is the company’s second in 12 months, following a Pre-Seed round of €650,000 in February 2024.
Superhero Capital focuses on seed to early-stage investments in software, information technology, and internet sectors, with a geographical focus on Finland and the Baltics.
