Karolina Lapinskaitė has been appointed Partner at the law firm TEGOS Lithuania. She brings over 10 years of experience in banking and finance law.
Karolina joined the firm in 2019 (formerly TGS Baltic) as an associate, was later promoted to senior associate, and since 2023 has served as an Associate Partner.
Throughout her career, Karolina has led numerous complex projects related to investment fund structuring, the provision of investment services, and disputes within the financial sector. She is also Co-Head of the ESG Specialisation Group, actively advising on sustainability-related projects in the financial services industry.
Simas Paukštys, a lawyer specialising in real estate law, has been promoted to Associate Partner, while Augustinas Razumas, a lawyer specialising in energy and infrastructure, has been appointed Chief Expert.
