Sebastian Okinczyc is an Associate Partner and Head of Polish Desk. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance law, specialising in complex debt financing transactions and cross-border corporate lending.
He advises both lenders and borrowers, with a particular focus on structuring and negotiating high-value transactions across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, real estate, retail, and telecommunications. Sebastian leads the firm’s Polish Desk, where he strengthens ties with Polish-speaking clients and institutions, facilitating smooth cross-border collaboration.
At TEGOS, Sebastian works closely with major international financial institutions including the European Investment Bank, Nordic Investment Bank, PKO Bank Polski, Santander, Citibank, and MUFG, especially on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects and innovative financing solutions.
Known for his sharp legal insight, strategic mindset, and out-of-the-box thinking, Sebastian is a natural problem solver who simplifies the complex. His international mindset and fluency in five languages enable him to serve a diverse client base with precision and cultural fluency.
Outside the office, Sebastian is a passionate traveller and a beginner golfer. He proudly represents the Lithuanian Bar Association football team and has competed at the Lawyers’ Football World Cup and European Championships.
