Vilniaus prekyba UAB completed the sale of the café chain Caif Cafe and Restoranas 12

TEGOS advised its client Vilniaus prekyba UAB in signing and completing the sale of the café chain Caif Cafe and Restoranas 12 to the Estonian company Defood.

This marks the second transaction between the parties this year. Back in April, Defood acquired Delano UAB along with its well-known restaurant chains Delano and Can Can Pizza.

As Vilniaus prekyba’s CEO, Paulius Mencas, has highlighted, these steps are fully in line with the group’s strategic focus on its core business areas: retail, pharmacies, and real estate development and management.

TEGOS team – Paulius Dabulskis, Sebastian Okinzyc, Agnė Muznikaitė, and Paulius Baronas – advised the client throughout the transaction.
