On May 27, the Deal of the Year Awards Banquet brought together more than 200 leading lawyers from top Central and Eastern European law firms, alongside General Counsel from across the region in Bucharest, where the largest and most important deals in CEE were recognized and celebrated.
Amid a highly competitive field of projects and law firms, this year’s awards marked a significant milestone for TEGOS. For the first time in the firm’s history, we were recognised with Deal of the Year awards across all three Baltic jurisdictions – Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Notably, we were also the only Baltic firm to receive awards in each of these markets in the same year.
This recognition reflects the scale, complexity, and strategic importance of the transactions on which the firm has advised. At the same time, it underscores the effectiveness of a fully integrated regional approach: closely coordinated teams operating across jurisdictions, enabling the delivery of consistent and high-quality legal support on cross-border matters.
