TEGOS client, the digital media company Mediatech, together with 15min Group, has successfully concluded an investment deal. Under the agreement, Mediatech acquired a 22.18% stake in the group’s holding company, 4 Bees, becoming a minority shareholder.
The transaction received approval from the Competition Council in May.
Founded in Lithuania, Mediatech is behind several global media ventures, including the internationally acclaimed platform Cybernews.
The holding company 4 Bees owns 15min Group, which encompasses the news portal 15min.lt, radio stations M1, M1 PLIUS, M1 DANCE, Lietus, Laluna, popular magazines Žmonės, Ji, Legendos, the news agency BNS, and the home cinema platform ŽMONĖS Cinema
