Indrek Kukk advises both public and private sector clients on public law matters, including planning, land use, energy, and transport. He has extensive experience with the transposition of EU law and is a recognised expert in the implementation of digital public services.
In addition to his regulatory work, Indrek is a seasoned litigator, having represented clients in numerous complex and precedent-setting cases in areas such as state aid, tax, environmental, and state liability law.
He has appeared before the Supreme Court more than 20 times, as well as before the European Court of Human Rights and the European Court of Justice. Outside of his legal work, Indrek is a passionate guitarist and enjoys playing golf.
