TEGOS advised the Ministry of Climate and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications on the legal analysis and implementation of the EU Electronic Freight Transport Information (eFTI) Regulation in Estonia.
The project involved mapping and analyzing the relevant Estonian and EU legal framework and preparing an implementation roadmap and legislative recommendations necessary for introducing electronic freight transport information in Estonia.
The initiative supports the digitalization of freight transport, reduces administrative burdens and facilitates more efficient data exchange between businesses and public authorities.
