TEGOS contributed to the development of Estonia’s export environment with legal analysis

TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) participated in the development of the eesti.ee prototype, which makes life easier for Estonian entrepreneurs in the international arena.

In the future, entrepreneurs will be able to find all export-related information on public services and opportunities in one channel – eesti.ee.

A technical and legal analysis was carried out, with input from TEGOS, in order to describe the possibilities for implementing the prototype solution and to develop a more detailed implementation plan. We helped to design a new digital platform that brings together all the key export-related services and capabilities.

The platform is designed to provide entrepreneurs with a single access point to the most relevant information, from market research to financing opportunities and regulatory advice. The aim is to contribute to the growth of the Estonian economy by making exports even more accessible and efficient.

TEGOS’s role in the project included both legal advice and strategic planning, ensuring that the new system was not only user-friendly but also met all legal requirements. Consultant Indrek Kukk explained: “The current regulation of the eesti.ee information gateway restricts the information published to services provided by public authorities. The current regulation on the information field on eesti.ee currently regulates the provision of information on services provided by public authorities.”

The first user view to be created will be added to the business view of the eesti.ee environment by the end of 2025 at the latest.

Team included Indrek Kukk and Melmariin Salumäe.
