Siret Saks has extensive experience representing clients in both pre-trial administrative and civil disputes, as well as in court proceedings. She is equally skilled in providing legal advice outside of disputes, including preparing regulatory overviews to support business planning and navigating the economic landscape.

Her work spans hundreds of pre-trial matters in administrative law, covering everything from tax and data protection to planning, construction, migration, and social issues. Siret has also advised on structural subsidies, energy infrastructure, and labour law—helping businesses resolve disputes and manage employment-related risks. Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her horses and playing golf.
