Imbi Jürgen

Imbi Jürgen advises energy producers, network operators, energy service providers, and commercial consumers on regulatory matters, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution. She also has significant experience in environmental and real estate law, particularly regarding producer responsibility as well as licensing and planning procedures. Her expertise spans multiple sectors, having advised clients in the energy, utility, industrial, real estate, but also consumer and retail fields.

A member of the Estonian Bar Association since 1997, she has served on its board since 2016 and was elected Chairman in both 2022 and 2025. That same year, Imbi was also elected Vice President of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE).
