Eugenija Sutkienė is a Senior Partner and Attorney at Law, one of the most distinguished figures in Lithuania’s legal landscape, with over 40 years of professional experience.

She founded the law firm TEGOS and led the Lithuanian office for nearly three decades, establishing a strong legacy of excellence.

Eugenija’s strategic thinking and deep sectoral expertise have made her indispensable in major legal projects across the public and private sectors.

In 2017, she became the first lawyer from the Baltic States to receive the prestigious European Managing Partner of the Year award from The Lawyer.

That same year, CEE Legal Matters also awarded her the Market Maker Award for her lifelong contribution to shaping Lithuania’s legal market.

Eugenija is consistently recognised as a leading expert in corporate and commercial law, including M&A, public procurement and PPP, and administrative law by prominent international legal directories such as The Legal 500, Chambers and Partners, and IFLR1000.

Beyond her legal work, Eugenija serves as Chair of the Board at SOS Children’s Villages Lithuania and actively supports Ukraine through initiatives such as Stiprūs kartu. She is also a patron of the MO Museum, reflecting her broader commitment to culture, society, and impactful philanthropy.
