Uku Kull

Uku Kull is an associate specialising in civil dispute resolution, with a particular focus on insolvency law, non-contractual obligations, and insurance law, complemented by expertise in private international law and international maritime law.

He advises clients on a range of complex legal matters, representing them both in court proceedings and out of court. Uku holds a Master’s degree (cum laude) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu and has furthered his legal education at the summer university of Paris Lodron University in Salzburg. Known for his thorough analysis and quick problem-solving skills, he approaches cases with a broad perspective. In his free time, Uku enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly skiing.
