    Uku Kull is an associate specialising in civil dispute resolution, with a particular focus on insolvency law, non-contractual obligations, and insurance law, complemented by expertise in private international law and international maritime law.

    He advises clients on a range of complex legal matters, representing them both in court proceedings and out of court. Uku holds a Master’s degree (cum laude) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu and has furthered his legal education at the summer university of Paris Lodron University in Salzburg.
