The court largely dismissed a claim for damages against him, brought by Viveo Health OÜ, regarding his role as a board member. The court concurred with the evidence and legal arguments presented by TGS Baltic, determining that the claim was mostly without merit as Mr. Aaviksoo had not breached his duties and the company had not suffered any loss.
