Dalia is a highly experienced partner with a strong track record in leading complex M&A, private equity, and joint venture transactions across the region, bringing both strategic insight and commercial perspective to every mandate. Over the years, she has advised on many notable deals and played an important role in building our cross-border M&A practice.
