At this year’s awards ceremony in London, TEGOS received two recognitions. The firm was named Baltic Law Firm of the Year, and partner Linda Štrause was awarded Lawyer of the Year in Real Estate across the CEMEA region.
Law Firm of the Year (The Baltics)
This award highlights firms that actively support diversity, inclusion, and the advancement of women in the legal profession. At TEGOS, “empowering growth” is more than a value – it shapes our everyday practice, starting from onboarding and mentoring programmes to clear career development structures. We are proud that so many talented women lawyers are part of our firm, and that their work and leadership are a natural part of who we are at TEGOS. For us, equality is about more than pay. It is also about making sure people have equal opportunities, the right support, and the flexibility they need to thrive.
Lawyer of the Year in Real Estate (CEEMEA)
With more than 27 years of experience, our Latvian partner Linda Štrause is respected for her strategic thinking and pragmatic, solution-driven approach – something clients consistently highlight in their feedback.
As head of the Real Estate practice, Linda brings people together, supports the development of younger colleagues, and leads with clarity and trust. She is also actively involved in pro bono work, contributing to children’s welfare initiatives and cultural projects in Latvia.
Together, these achievements reflect both professional excellence and a genuine commitment to making a difference.
This year the Women in Business Law Awards are partnering with The Lawyer, the leading news and intelligence information resource for the legal industry.
