Viktorija is a Junior Associate with a strong focus on employment law and growing expertise in migration law. She provides clients with practical legal advice on employment matters, drafts internal policies and employment contracts, and prepares procedural documents for labour disputes.

Viktorija also represents clients before the Labour Disputes Commission. Known for her dedication and client-focused mindset, she consistently delivers tailored legal solutions that support long-term business sustainability. Outside the office, Viktorija enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, travelling, and following motorsports.
