Gerda Grauberg

Gerda Grauberg is a dispute resolution specialist with experience in negotiations, cross-border litigation, and arbitration, including the enforcement of foreign judgments. She has advised clients in high-stakes court proceedings and before the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

Gerda also has strong expertise in data protection law, including matters related to the GDPR and the EU Law Enforcement Directive. Her work spans IT and competition law, with a particular interest in data-driven platforms and cybersecurity.

A top performer in moot court competitions, Gerda has also gained international experience through legal studies and an internship in New York.
