Gerda Grauberg

Gerda Grauberg is a senior associate at TEGOS specialising in dispute resolution and competition law.

In dispute resolution, Gerda brings extensive experience in cross-border litigation and negotiations, including the enforcement of foreign judgments. She has represented clients in high-stakes proceedings before Estonian courts and regulatory authorities, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate and the Competition Authority.

In competition law, Gerda advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters, encompassing compliance programmes, distribution systems, and dawn raid procedures. Gerda’s expertise extends to data protection law, including the GDPR and the EU Law Enforcement Directive, as well as IT and cybersecurity law.
