Vytautas Zelianka

Chief Expert, Attorney at Law
Tutvustus

Vytautas Zelianka is a Chief Expert and Attorney at Law, and one of Lithuania’s most experienced civil litigators and former judges.

With over 30 years of legal experience – including more than two decades on the bench, most notably at the Lithuanian Court of Appeal – Vytautas brings exceptional insight into all types of civil disputes. He is particularly recognised for his mastery of procedural law and his ability to develop strategic, tailored approaches to complex commercial litigation.

Vytautas also specialises in intellectual property law, with significant expertise in EU trademark regulation. He has worked extensively with fellow judges from across the EU to help shape a cohesive, pan-European approach to IP law.

Throughout his career, Vytautas has presided over and advised on some of Lithuania’s most complex, high-profile cases – many of which have helped shape national jurisprudence. His dual perspective as both litigator and judge makes him a uniquely valuable advisor in matters requiring deep procedural understanding and strategic foresight.

Outside of his legal work, Vytautas is an audiophile, guitar player, and a keen reader of political and ethical philosophy.
