Marius Brasiūnas

Marius Brasiūnas is a Partner and Attorney at Law, serving as Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution Specialisation Group and Head of the Manufacturing Industry Group.

A seasoned attorney with nearly 20 years of experience, Marius is widely recognised for his expertise in complex litigation, particularly in shareholder disputes, management liability cases, damage compensation claims, and contractual conflicts, including those arising in public procurement.

He has built a strong track record representing major companies in Lithuania’s energy sector, guiding them through high-stakes legal processes and intricate projects.

His involvement in landmark insolvency cases, such as the bankruptcy and liquidation of AB Ūkio bankas and AB bankas Snoras, highlights his ability to manage multifaceted legal proceedings – from challenging transactions to debt recovery and damage compensation claims.

In addition to his legal acumen, Marius brings valuable in-house experience, having served as Head of the Legal Department at AB ESO. This role enhanced his strategic management capabilities and broadened his perspective on business-driven legal solutions.
