Mantas Gofmanas

Mantas Gofmanas is an Associate Partner and Attorney at Law, with nearly 20 years of experience specialising in capital markets, fund and asset management, private equity, and venture capital.

He has advised on numerous landmark public offerings (IPOs, SPOs, and note issues) by Lithuanian issuers both domestically and internationally. Since 2008, Mantas has worked with key market participants, including the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, Maxima grupė, Ignitis grupė, Šiaulių bankas, and Valstybės investicinis kapitalas, helping structure debt securities programmes and note issues. He has also provided strategic counsel to underwriters in IPOs for Novaturas, Avia Solutions Group, and AviaAM Leasing, and supported issuers such as INVL Technology, INVL Baltic Real Estates, Klaipėdos nafta, and AUGA group in executing their share SPOs.

Mantas’ extensive expertise in capital markets regulation and transactions has earned him a reputation as a highly trusted and respected legal advisor in the field.

Outside of work, Mantas enjoys singing, running, and playing volleyball. A devoted reader, he finds time for books whenever his demanding schedule allows.
