TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) successfully represented the cybersecurity company Neverhack in a dispute concerning a significant public procurement by the North Estonia Medical Centre (PERH) for cybersecurity services.
TEGOS represented Neverhack Estonia (Security Software OÜ) in a dispute arising from PERH’s public procurement titled “Cybersecurity Services and Platform 2.” The procurement focused on a digital solution for a major hospital, aimed at detecting and mitigating cyberattacks more quickly and effectively than before.
Although PERH initially declared Neverhack Estonia’s bid successful, this decision was challenged by a competitor, ByteLife Solutions OÜ. Thanks to the efforts of TEGOS’s legal team Priit Lätt and Gregor Saluveer, both PERH’s and the client’s positions were upheld. The Public Procurement Review Committee and the Tallinn Administrative Court confirmed that PERH’s decision was lawful and the bid evaluation was conducted properly.
Since 2024, Neverhack Estonia has been part of Neverhack, a French group with over 40 years of history and a mission to create a safer digital world.
