As of today, 30 May 2025, trading has begun with the secured bonds of Invego Latvia OÜ on the Nasdaq Baltic First North alternative market.
To mark the occasion, TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) partner Kirsti Pent and associate Rainer Urmas Maine took part in a long-standing stock exchange tradition – ringing the Nasdaq Tallinn opening bell to celebrate Invego Latvia OÜ’s first trading day.
TEGOS advised Invego Latvia OÜ throughout its €8 million secured bond issue, culminating in the listing of the bonds on Nasdaq’s First North market in Tallinn. The legal team consisted of partners Kirsti Pent and Inese Hazenfusa, senior associate Olger Kaelep and Laura Ērkšķe and associate Rainer Urmas Maine, who supported the client across all stages – from drafting the bond terms and information document to the public offering and admission to trading on the First North market. The team led by partner Linda Štrause provides real estate and corporate advisory services to help structure the project and ensure smooth development of the projects in Latvia.
The public offering took place from 12 to 22 May and was met with remarkable demand – the issue was almost four times oversubscribed, with subscriptions totalling €15.8 million. A total of 2,038 investors participated in the offering: 69% from Estonia, 29% from Latvia, and 2% from Lithuania.
