From December 2023 to March 2023 AS Operail Leasing, a subsidiary of the Estonian state-owned railway company Operail, sold all of its railway wagons.
The wagons were sold to different purchasers in several batches. In aggregate, the price paid for the wagons exceeded 50 million euros. TEGOS (formerly TGS Baltic) advised AS Operail Leasing in respect to the background checks of potential acquirers and the application of international sanctions.
