Paulius Žaliauskas is a Legal Assistant, working in the Corporate and Capital Markets practice group.
Paulius supports lawyers in preparing documents related to corporate activities, as well as the issuance and distribution of securities. Paulius is academically interested in the legal issues of securitization and is currently writing his thesis, which explores the challenges of securitization from a comparative perspective between the EU and the USA
Outside of law, Paulius is an avid tennis player, enjoys music and cinema.
