BOD Lenses’ €4 Million Bond Debuts on Nasdaq Baltic First North

BOD Lenses, a European manufacturer of customised prescription lenses,  successfully raised €4 million through a bond issue and began trading its bonds on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market.

The bonds, distributed across the Baltic states, carry an annual interest rate of 9.5%, paid monthly, and will mature in October 2028. The nominal value of each bond is EUR 1,000.

The bond listing marks a significant milestone for BOD Lenses, bringing greater visibility, transparency, and accountability to investors while opening a new financing channel. The company will use the proceeds to expand its lens manufacturing capacity and strengthen its international market position.

The bond issuance was supported by TEGOS Legal’s capital markets team  – Dalia Augaitė, Paulius Žaliauskas, and Gabija Šeštokaitė.
