TEGOS Lithuania is strengthening its team with the addition of Giedrė Burdulytė, a new Associate Partner and Attorney-at-Law joining the Banking and Finance specialization group.
Giedrė advises financial institutions and corporate clients on financial services regulation and financing transactions, helping them find legally sound and practical solutions tailored to their business needs.
Giedrė has extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers on domestic and international financing transactions. She drafts and negotiates financing and security documentation, assesses legal risks, and assists clients with matters relating to the implementation of financing terms and conditions.
Another key area of Giedrė’s practice is the licensing of financial market participants, regulatory matters, and compliance with legal requirements. She advises clients throughout licensing processes, helps them ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, and assists with legal matters arising in their day-to-day operations.
