TEGOS has been recognised at the IFLR Europe Awards 2026, receiving the Impact Deal Award in the Securitisation and Structured Finance category for its work on the ILTE Lietuva green securitised bond transaction.
The award was presented at the IFLR Europe Awards ceremony held in London on June 11, bringing together more than 350 leading legal and financial professionals from across Europe. Now in their 27th year, the awards celebrate the most innovative cross-border transactions and legal work shaping markets across the region.
Unlike many industry awards that focus primarily on transaction size or value, the IFLR Europe Awards recognise legal innovation, structural complexity and market impact. The awards highlight deals that address novel challenges, create new opportunities for investment and contribute to the development of international financial markets.
Our award-winning ILTE Lietuva transaction exemplifies these qualities: the project involved a €160 million AAA-rated issuance and resulted in the first securitised green bond in the Baltic States. Developed through a carefully structured cross-border framework, the transaction introduced an innovative financing model that helps channel investment into energy-efficiency renovation projects while broadening access to international capital.
