TEGOS Latvia joins Defence Industry Association SAPRA

This September, TEGOS Latvia has become a member of the International Association of Defence Products Manufacturers (SAPRA), bringing its legal expertise to an organisation dedicated to strengthening Latvia’s defence industry and promoting a supportive regulatory environment for defence product manufacturers.

SAPRA brings together international companies and professionals from across the defence sector that are interested in building collaboration and presence in Latvia and the rest of the Baltic region and works to advance legislation, improve regulation, and foster state support for the industry. These goals closely align with TEGOS’ commitment to helping businesses navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges while contributing to sustainable sector development.

“We have extensive experience supporting defence and dual-use technology companies across the Baltics, advising on investments, procurement, compliance, export controls, and innovation protection. Joining SAPRA is a natural step that allows us to contribute our expertise, strengthen industry collaboration, and support the development of a competitive and secure defence sector in Latvia and beyond,” says Inese Hazenfusa, partner at TEGOS Latvia and the firm’s representative in SAPRA.

Through its membership in SAPRA, TEGOS looks forward to sharing its expertise, contributing to policy discussions, and supporting initiatives that foster innovation, resilience, and long-term growth within Latvia’s defence sector.
