Superhero Capital, together with angel investors, has invested €1.2 million in a pre-seed funding round for Sigvi, an AI-powered revenue and operations platform for the car rental industry.
The funding will support the further development of Sigvi’s platform, the automation of car rental processes, and the company’s expansion into Poland.
Unlike traditional car rental businesses, Sigvi does not own vehicles. Instead, it brings together cars from independent fleet operators and private owners, while automating the entire rental lifecycle. Its AI-driven platform manages dynamic pricing, bookings, and keyless 24/7 vehicle access, while also enabling automated vehicle inspections, predictive maintenance scheduling, and customer support.
TEGOS advised Superhero Capital throughout the investment, with Paulius Dabulskis and Meda Stankutė leading the legal work.
