TEGOS advised Narva Hospital Foundation (SA Narva Haigla) on the public procurement process for the renovation of its main hospital building and supporting infrastructure, culminating in the award of a €25.6 million construction contract in October 2025.
The project is one of the most significant healthcare infrastructure investments in north-eastern Estonia and will modernise the hospital campus through a phased redevelopment scheduled for completion by the end of 2028. The renovated facilities will accommodate primary healthcare and social services, while part of the project is financed through the European Union Cohesion Policy energy efficiency programme.
TEGOS supported the hospital’s management throughout the procurement procedure, including the evaluation of tender compliance, the preparation of the public procurement contract and advice on matters relating to EU co-financing.
The mandate highlights TEGOS’ experience in advising public sector clients on complex, high-value procurement procedures for strategically important infrastructure projects.
