Žydrūnė Stuglytė is an Associate Partner, Attorney at Law, and Head of the Transport Industry Group.

With over 20 years of extensive legal experience, she advises both Lithuanian and international clients on complex transactions, high-stakes disputes, and a broad range of legal matters. Her practice includes litigation in civil and administrative courts, insolvency law, and criminal proceedings, including representation during pre-trial investigations and court hearings.

Renowned for her strategic thinking and versatility, Žydrūnė approaches each case with a comprehensive perspective – taking into account not only the legal dimensions, but also the social, economic, and psychological context that shapes outcomes.
