Moonika Pärn serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), where she oversees the firm’s daily operations and leads initiatives to enhance efficiency, financial performance, and organisational growth.

Her responsibilities include key financial and HR functions such as budgeting, revenue management, debt oversight, salary and motivation system development, and recruitment processes. Moonika is recognised for her strategic thinking and commitment to building a supportive, high-performing work environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, taking long walks, and exploring new travel destinations.
