Martynas Montvidas is a Senior Associate specialising in tax law. He has accumulated experience in the areas of direct taxes, international taxation, and the application of tax administration procedures.
Before joining TEGOS, Martynas worked at the Legal Department of the State Tax Inspectorate. His theoretical knowledge of tax law combined with practical experience covers complex issues of the application and interpretation of tax laws. He also contributed to the drafting of implementing legislation for tax laws and to resolving matters related to the avoidance of double taxation, which has given him a broad perspective on tax law and a strong attention to detail when analysing each case.
Martynas’s analytical thinking and critical approach help him to successfully deliver on his work, enabling him to comprehensively assess relevant circumstances and adopt legally sound decisions.
