Mari Kelve-Liivsoo has strong expertise in both state aid and public procurement law, with a main focus on the public transportation sector. She is also an experienced litigator.
Having a solid background in EU law, she puts to good use her in-depth knowledge of the standard term regulation both in resolving and preventing contract disputes.
She has represented clients in various cases concerning transfers of undertakings, disputes between shareholders, liability of management members, enforcement and insolvency proceedings. She also has experience with contract disputes in the agricultural sector. She teaches seminars on EU law and EU internal market at the University of Tartu.
