Joonas Kartsep

Joonas Kartsep is an associate specialising in mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property. He advises clients on matters ranging from corporate structuring, IP protection, support for start-ups, and the defence sector.

Joonas holds Master’s degrees from the University of Amsterdam and the University of Tartu, where he focused on IT law.

He is appreciated for his initiative, collaborative mindset, and practical approach to legal challenges. Outside of work, Joonas pushes his limits by running marathons, playing padel, enjoying football, and travelling.
