Berta Paliukėnė is a Senior Associate and Attorney-at-Law, specialising in commercial dispute resolution and arbitration.

With nearly eight years at the firm, she has built a reputation as a strategic legal advisor and skilled litigator, recognised for her deep understanding of complex legal matters.

Her practice focuses on drafting procedural documents and representing clients in high-stakes, large-scale commercial disputes in both state courts and international and domestic arbitration institutions.
