Augustė Linauskaitė is a Senior Associate and Attorney-at-law specialising in regulatory and competition law, with a particular focus on the retail and energy industries.

She has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, including distribution and supply agreements, e-commerce regulation, contract law, competition law, energy sector regulation, state aid compliance, and other regulatory issues. Augustė works with both international and local businesses, guiding them through complex legal landscapes with precision and clarity.

An active member of the Brussels-based Distribution Law Centre, Augustė continually strengthens her expertise through specialised courses. She has furthered her knowledge at leading academic institutions, including HarvardX by Harvard University and the London School of Economics and Political Science – reflecting her commitment to professional growth and legal excellence.

Outside the office, Augustė is passionate about all things food—cooking, baking, tasting, and learning and loves to travel, whether it’s exploring local gems or discovering new global destinations.
