Anhelina Andrieieva is a Junior Associate, specialising in civil law and international arbitration. She has contributed to complex cross-border disputes involving the application of Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Finnish, German, and English civil laws.
Anhelina has participated in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration (VCCA), the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECCI), and the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). In parallel, she is pursuing a joint PhD in insolvency law at Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania) and Ghent University (Belgium), focusing on restructuring, the rights of secured creditors, and the treatment of collateral.
She is also an active legal scholar and commentator, with publications on insolvency, international investment arbitration, and the intersection of corporate responsibility and human rights.
Outside her academic and professional pursuits, Anhelina has served as both a participant and judge in prestigious moot court competitions, including the Helga ECHR Moot, PAX Private International Law Moot, and Jessup Public International Law Moot. She is passionate about languages, karate, and literature.
