She is deeply committed to fostering a collaborative international culture via innovation, encouraging knowledge sharing and ensuring client centric viewpoint.

Vivian’s leadership combines strategic clarity with hands on execution, making her a key driver behind TEGOS’ ambition to grow smarter, stronger, and more globally connected.

She is also an active member of the mentorship community, being an active member in several different projects, like House of Mentors and Igniter TalTech.
