Roma Morkūnaitė is a Senior Associate, specialising in M&A, corporate law, and commercial matters.

With seven years of experience advising on complex transactions, Roma has built deep expertise in both domestic and cross-border M&A, guiding clients through the full deal lifecycle – from structuring and due diligence through to signing and closing. She advises some of the largest companies operating in and beyond Lithuania, as well as mid-market businesses, on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Her transaction experience spans diverse industries and deal types, including share acquisitions, asset transfers, private equity investments, and corporate restructurings, acting for both sellers and buyers in Lithuanian and cross-border deals.
