Marija Toomjõe

Marija Toomjõe is an associate specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law and contract law. She advises both international and local clients on a wide range of M&A matters, supporting them through the entire process – from structuring and negotiations to final execution.

She also helps clients with concluding private law contracts covering various areas, such as sales contracts, lease contracts, and service contracts.

She is valued for her clear, business-oriented advice and ability to navigate legal challenges with confidence. Marija holds a Master’s degree (cum laude) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu. Outside of work, Marija enjoys playing padel, travelling and reading.
