Liina Männiste-Tordik

Liina Männiste-Tordik primarily advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, supporting clients throughout the various stages of transactions, from transaction preparation and structuring to drafting transaction documents, negotiations, and closing. Liina also has experience advising start-ups and their investors.

In addition to transactional advice, Liina has extensive experience in contract law, various civil disputes, and matters related to bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings.

One of Liina’s strengths is combining knowledge from different areas of law. Her previous experience in litigation and insolvency law, together with her subsequent focus on corporate law and transactions, enables her to assess transactions and other corporate law matters comprehensively. Liina considers it important to understand the client’s business objectives and, accordingly, focus on solutions that are both legally sound and practically workable.
