Evelina Savickaitė

She specializes in banking and finance law, with a primary focus on drafting financing and security documentation. Evelina has been involved in a number of significant financing transactions in Lithuania as well as cross-border deals, preparing a wide range of transaction-related documents. She also has experience in securitisation transactions and bond issuances.

In addition, Evelina has substantial experience in preparing documentation for real estate transfer transactions, which she gained during more than three years of work at a notary’s office.

Evelina also advises on company and branch establishment matters and prepares documents related to corporate governance.
